Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do you ship?
I ship all my orders by US Postal Service First Class
Mail. This is not my full time job and the order volume does not
justify daily shipments, but I do ship once or twice a week. I only
charge $1.50 for shipping and handling for any size order. If you
need fast service, call me during the workday at 256-638-4103 or
e-mail me at work at: kurt@urethanesupply.com.
I MAY be able to accommodate requests for rush shipment, but I can't
guarantee it (see below).
2. Can I get express shipping?
Maybe! There are a couple of reasons why this is difficult.
First of all, I run this thing by myself, I have a real job and
I only do pocket protectors maybe twice a week, so I can't promise
express delivery. Second, PayPal (my credit card processor) can't
accommodate different shipping options, so I only have US Postal
First Class Mail. That being said, it's possible that if 1) I'm
in town and 2) you have a fairly large order (over $40) that I might
be able to accommodate an express shipment request. To do this,
first email me at work (kurt@urethanesupply.com)
to verify that I'm in town. After that, go to the website and order
FIVE more pocket protectors than you really want to cover the cost
of Express Mail or UPS Next Day Air. Sorry to make this so difficult,
but I don't want to over-promise and under-deliver.
3. Can I get custom printing on my pocket protectors?
Not at this time. I have my pocket protectors custom
manufactured for me, so I do not have the ability to custom print
anything on your pocket protectors.
4. I don't see the style of pocket protector
that I would like. Do you make, or could you make any different
styles?
The styles you see here result from a combination
of my opinions and those of customers who took the time to describe
what they wanted. If you don't see a style you'd like, please e-mail
me and let me know what you'd like. I can't promise anything,
but if I get enough requests, it's quite possible that I will sink
the money in to get the tooling made to create a new design. (That's
how the Badge Holder came about!) Please let me know if you have
any new ideas!
